2. Our Role as a Broker
Office Broker acts as an intermediary between prospective tenants and the landlords, business centres, and building operators that own or manage the office space listed or described on this Site. We are not the landlord or the operator of any building we introduce you to. Any lease, licence, or service agreement you enter into is between you and the relevant landlord or operator, and is subject to that party's own terms, availability, and approval process (including Tawtheeq registration where applicable).

Rates are not fixed, may change without notice, and depend on the specific building, term length, and package agreed with the landlord or operator.
